St James has one grocery store (Country Mart), a Dollar General, two liquor stores, and a few fast food and sit down restaurants. Beware though, most of the town shuts down at 9:00pm, and a few places aren't open on Sundays. The next town over, Rolla, has a few more options for eating and shopping and most things are open until at least 10:00pm.
